Blueberry Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 ice cubes
- 1 cup frozen Organic blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop Unflavored Kaizen Natural Whey Powder (or any other brand)
- 1/2 tsp Bee Pollen
Blend all together and enjoy! Omit ice cubes if a thicker drink is desired. Also, you can add 1 tsp of organic honey for a sweeter choice.
This is an awesome drink after a great workout - full of protein and antioxidants.
