Apple Carrot Smoothie

 Apple Carrot Smoothie

Blend all the following ingredients together:

  • 1 Cup of Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup of chopped baby carrots
  • 1 Cup of Organic Unsweetened Apple sauce (or 1 chopped apple)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tsp of Organic Honey
 Yield 2 Servings

If one chopped apple is used instead of apple sauce, add more orange juice.  Substitute orange juice with apple juice for a different taste.  For added protein, add 1-2 scoops of unflavored natural whey protein.
