Pineapple Banana Protein Smoothie
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 3/4 Cup or 1 can (14oz) Pineapple chunks (no sugar - juice optional)
- 1/4 Cup Greek Plain Yogurt
- 1 2/3 cups 1 can of Organic Coconut Milk
- 2 Scoops of Unflavored Kaizen Natural Whey Powder (or any other on hand)
Blend and enjoy!
Keep in mind that this may be a little thick in which case add more pineapple juice or ice. I add protein powder to all my drinks because I drink these after my daily workout. If you don't want to add any more protein to your diet, omit and it will taste just as delicious.
