Carrot Spinach Mango Smoothie

I am not afraid to experiment - that's the beauty of smoothies - throw crazy things in a blender and taste the results - sometimes I squirm at the results, but others like this one make me smile.

  • 1 Cup Organic Carrot Juice
  • 1 Cup Pure Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Cup of Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup of Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Spinach 
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 Cup of Oatmeal 

Blend all the above really well.  

I find that this smoothie did not require a sweetener but if you would like you can add your own (honey, agave). Also, if it is too thick just add more carrot or orange juice to taste.

Yield 2 Servings.
